Registration fee: $30 per person. (Each paid registrant will receive an MK5K Hat.) 
Children under 12: free.

Grab your friends and family, visit Canada Helps or print this form to register your team, join a team or register as an individual and get fun-draising!

When: Saturday, September 30 at 9:00 a.m.

Where: Mary Kay Canada Head Office, 2020 Meadowvale Blvd., Mississauga, ON.

Why: The 3rd annual MK5K – Diane Tsialtas Memorial Run is held in support of the Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation, benefitting women affected by cancer and domestic violence.

Come join the fun, which will include refreshments, a Silent Auction Table, Selfie Station, BBQ, and plenty of fun photo ops! 

Can’t make it but would still like to participate? Then why not join as a virtual participant! It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
